Can anyone point me to resources describing how to access the GPS from a program. I want to develop a small program that logs the current position when requested by the user. I have not been able to locate any document describing the GPS API.

Is there any forums targeting hw65xx software developers out there?

Byte stream is available at COM7, 4800 b/s
Follows NMEA standard
