Crupt OS
If someday OS on my 6515 gets crupt than how can I get is installed? Can I do it on my own? I haven't got any OS CDs from the original HP Box

Can you try to hard-reset it?

For the experience on my 4700, you might want to try pressing Button 1 (Calendar) + Button 4 (iTask) + Soft reset for more than 5 seconds to hard reset it.

If this still doesn't help, I'm sorry to say that I'm unable to help.

But good luck to you.

A Hard reset on the PPC is the same as a re-install for a desktop pc.

(The actual OS is tucked away safely in the Rom of your device)

on the 6515 ; press the Power / Stand By Button + the Pin hole button .....
pressing the Pin hole button alone does a soft reset

I would hate to tell you this but the Windows files are not tucked safely in ROM. When my previous PDA had to have a hard reset it was all fine but all system programs such as Word, Excel, Start>Programs and any other M$ app didn't work. This was final for mine. The ROM is not as safe as you think and the best way to sort it out is to contact HP, there is nothing you can do about it.
Sorry to be so neative but I'm just telling from experience.
