screen size incompatibility!!!

is the screen of ipaq 6515 incompatible with softwares? y r they not in full screen??? is there a program or upgrade that can fix this problem?

There's no software that will make the 6515 have a larger screen. Some programs won't be able to handle the resolution, but most programs should be able to.
