sound muting automatically
Hi. I have just aquired a second hand hw6515 and I am very impressed with it's functionality. The only small problem I have is that the sound will automatically go to mute. Moving the volume control does nothing as it returns to mute again. In looking on the web I find some people have had the same problem but I have not found any solutions. It's even on the HP web site, but no solutions. A soft reset doesn't cure the problem, only a hard reset with a loss of all data. The PAD is running 1.04 and I was wondering if the upgrade to 1.2 would solve this.
As a newbie to PADs, I would be most greatful if anyone could provide me with a solution as it is driving me mad.
