Mad ipaqchoice.com web site ..... rip me off!!!!

I purchased a guarantee for €80 on the web site iPAQ Choice when I got my new Ipaq hw6915; now, year 2008, I have a problem and wanted to have it repaired. Guess what; ipagchoice.com is no longer available to have it repaired. You know why???? Because the company that took the money from me (rip off the money) is out of business..... same web site, same logo, same company name..... they are not responsible. They were before based in London (they run out of business!!!!) now they are located in Germany.... and because the company moved there they are not responsible. Can you believe that???? Hp should intervene in this matter. I've always trust HP, I have 2 pc, a Ipaq in my office several appliances.. Always trust HP blindly. I start to doubt they are reliable... I'll probably won't choose them next time because they have an efficient network and guarantees... sorry.....

why didn't you buy the warrenty from HP then?

we have read your article and would like to help you. I am a employee of Handster, the company which runs the iPAQ Choice Portal for HP since 01/2008. If you did buy a guarentee, could that be a Care Pack? In that case it is a offical HP product, for which you did get registered at HP.

Please send us a much informations as you have, also the invoice for the guarantee to shop@ipaqchoice.com and we will find a solution.
