6515 and Spectec sw mini wlanb card

PDA : Ipaq 6515
OS: Window 2003
Wlan driver: 1.25
Utility 2.235.6.2005

My Spectec sw mini wlan b card use to work (with occasional soft resets) with an unprotected home network but recently stopped working and I could not diagnose the cause.. I decided to protect my home network Linksys Wireless- G with a simple WEP.

I have followed the instructions that SPECTEC manuals provide to get the PDA to connect to the network. In the Wan utility it shows SSID as my network, STATUS is connected, Channel, 10 TX rate, 11Mbps, IP and MAC addresses, signal and quality are strong. When I go to network configuration setting the network is listed as available I tap and Hold till the connect screen comes up and hit connect and it lists connecting but it never connect. I have entered my WEP encryption key correctly. When I try to load a web page in IE it gives me the message "Cannot connect with current settings. To change your connection settings, tap settings" which put me into mobile phone GRPS area which I don't want. Any help getting my PDA to connect to my wireless network would be greatly appreciated.
Note I have downloaded and installed the (I think) the appropriate driver a couple of times but no luck.
