hw6945 stopped working after an attempt to update
Hello,
I ran ipaq update utility. It said that it was about to update the WAN component. Fine so Far. Activesync was working fine because I had just updated the "Messenger Driver Update for ROM Version 1.48 and 1.60
Later, I get this message: Code 402, cannot communicate with Device. It said that I should unplug the ipaq, do a soft reset and try again.
I tried a soft and a hard reset all I get is a dark screen on which you can see:
USB
the hp logo
vG. 39

I can't use it.

Can someone please help?

Thanks

lee

I'm just curious about something here. Are you using the latest version of Active Sync from Microsoft? It might have been solved in a bugfix..
