I looked in the owners manual and did a search but can't find info on keyboard functions. Specifically. It gets locked in the upper case. The shift button says lock on it also but haven't been able to figure out how it locks and unlocks. I have to do a soft reset to get it working correctly.

go start/settings/sys/keyboard/
remove the V....
then tap on "keyboard repeat.."/lock
then remove the V....
