Case sighting for hx21xx series
Now that I have an hx2750, I am waiting for a good case.

Actually, I'm waiting for a Pielframa or a Covertec case, but they haven't released a case yet.

For those interested or less picky than me, I've seen a case on
http://shop.brando.com.hk/bwipaqhx2100clipcase.php

I don't like it because of the clips, for fear they will scratch the paint (I'm a sucker, I know).

Greets,

I'm the same way! I never liked cases that have clips to hold the PDA.

Nice Case
own6volvos,

I just read a lot of good remarks about innopocket. Makes me consider metal again....

Have you noticed this case? http://www.innopocket.com/web/showPr...ail.asp?ID=130

It hinges up and folds out of the way! Just the way I want it. The foldertype, won't work for me, so it ruled out metal cases, up to now. This case is made of magenesium instead of alumium and is supposedly stronger. It's for the iPAQ 4700, but I hope they will make it for the 2750 soon.

Joepie

PS. I had an injured pda once, the gel of the lcd got bumped and damaged permanently . Ouch!! It was in a big and "protective" leather case.

I won't touch any cases that aren't solid anymore. My dad has a wonderful Halliburton case for his Palm V, and the thing is quite strong. Flexible cases can't protect the computer as well as a strong metal one.

allklrnoflr,

And I thought I was alone .

I do feel stupid sometimes, about caring too much for a gadget that will be obsolete in a couple of months (years I always hope, but it just hardly ever happens). I bought this Apple Newton 2100 a couple of years ago, it lasted only 4 months, costed an arm and a leg, but just wouldn't work the way I needed it to. I'm using the Newton stylus again for my iPAQ though, that must count for something.

Good News,

Innopocket have mailed me, that they will be making a similar case for the hx21xx series as well. They asked me to please wait for it, so I hope it should be just a couple of weeks, maybe two months. Of course they didn't make any promises.
