BTWizardCE
Hi

Sorry to sound a dufus but I have just bought a BTooth headset for my Ipaq 2210 and have having problems getting it to work. I can pair the device and everything, but when I try and follow the installation instructions to turn on BT Radio I am not given this choice. In addition if I try new in Blue Tooth manager i get the following error message - BTWizardCE - no valid wizard plugin found. Can anyone suggest some help please!

Andy

Welcome to the site

Did you install the drivers that came with the headset?

i would love to see the answer to andy's question. yesterday i added a new bt printer and i know the bt manager was operating. today during the bt headphone installation, the NEW function ceased to operate and i too am getting the - no valid wizard plugin found - message. i have done a soft reset with no luck. if andy or someone else has figured this out, please let me know.

Have you performed a hard reset and a restore from a back-up from before there was a problem?

Even if you don't have a back-up then I think you need to perform a hard reset and install from the beginning.

Sorry.
