Does anyone can help me? I use online help and talk to HP tech.., they told me when it happen again, I need to observe the SD card..... If still happen,I should send this pad to repair it.... it is really ludicrous.

Hi,
there is already a thread on this issue. See "hx2750 Power On Locked". You are not alone but till now nobody found a solution.
However ... one guy wrote that his hx worked fine for 1 month until he installed an SD card. I have the same problem and mostly it occurs when I have been charging or used the craddle ?
About the ID card : what do they mean by "observe the SD card " ??????
PS: I am not sure if it is a HW problem
