Synching with Outlook 2003 BCM

I understand that Ipaq activesynch does not work with Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager (BCM). Is anyone aware of a fix for this? Looked at Chapura PockeMirror, but only works with Palm OS. Looked at MS Pocket Contact Synchronizer, but does not work with Outlook 2003.
