hx2415 Help!
Hopefully someone can help me. I recently purchased a hx2415 and I noticed there was an update for it, so I downloaded it and ran it. However, partway through the update it errored out and the PDA was stuck on the HP screen with nothing on the progress bar. I tried shutting it off and it wouldn't respond. It also wouldn't soft reset, so I had to take the battery off to get it to turn off. The screen lingered for about 5 minutes, slowly fading away, and now it would do anything. Literally. It won't turn on, sof or hard reset, or anything. Do I now own a paperweight?? Guess it's a good thing I opted for the service plan.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
