-100 error
When I turn on my IPAQ hx2745, I frequently receive a message that says an internal error has occurred (-100) and a soft reset should be performed. I continue to receive this message even after I do a soft reset. Can this be fixed or do I have a lemon? Thanks!

That error has something to do with HP Protect Tools. Afaik, you can still use your pda without any hassle. Of course, it can be fixed, but not without Credant doing it's part of the job and update HP Protect Tools.

No, you don't have a lemon. Many hx2750/2755 owners have experienced this. You don't even have to reset (despite the warning), just ignore it, the pda will work fine. FWIW, this "error" has come & gone on my 2755. You might try enabling - disabling - and then reenabling the protect tools, and the error just might disappear - at least it did in my case. Enjoy your iPaq, it's a nice machine, a cool tool.
