Hx2410 Hardware buttons problem

Hello,

Im new to this forum, I have had a Hx2410 for about 15-18 months now, and for some reason, the hardware buttons have a problem. When i press the Calendar button, the Screen Align screen just pops out. I've tryed remapping the key, using a 3rd party program to remap the key, soft reset, hard reset and even did the update from the HP site. Nothing happened. still the same. Another problem is when I press ANY hardware button(except power on/off), my defult file explorer can't open any folders or files. This also includes opening files in Word, Excel, Notes and all other programs that has the file explorer thing. And ive also tryed soft reset, hard reset and it still doesn't help. Hope someone can help me.

im having a similar problem. whats happening with mine is that theres a problem with the 4 way button in the middle. 2 of them dont work. the one that goes down and the one that goes right. I probably have to send it to hp or something but i havent yet. how much are they gana charge me
