I installed DinarSoft's TapText on hx4700. There was a preloaded menu when you tapped the icon. Later, the menu disappeared.

I now own an hx2795. I installed TapText and there is no preloaded menu. Where did it go? Any suggestions? I don't want to re-invent the wheel.

Let me start off by saying, I can't live without tap text!

I know which pre loaded menu you are referring to ... the default menu right?
I can't think of why it wouldn't have installed along w/ tap text.

Did you install to default mem?

I know this doesn't help now...but in the future you can export your settings. File>Export Menu
I had to revert back to my X5 for awhile, saved the menu file and then loaded it into my hx2490b, works perfectly.

Unfortunately I never saved the original menu file -didn't have much use for it-otherwise, I would just send you the .ini file.

I guess you should either try reinstalling or as you put it "reinvent the wheel."
