My hx2415 quit today. No warning. Everything had been working fine. I had it connected to the laptop with the cradle and heard a "beep" disconnect sound. No problem. It happens once in awhile. When I went to pick it up, the screen was blank. Still no problem. It probably had powered itself off.

So I tried the power button. Nothing. I tried every button (even though I had turned that option off). Nothing. I hit the reset button. Nothing. I took the battery out. Put it back in. Nothing.

And before this happened, I noticed the battery level was at 100%, so I'm sure the battery didn't just die.

Any ideas? I haven't even dropped it in the year I've owned it.

I finally did a hard reset and that worked. Now to see how long this lasts...
