Does anyone use Sat Nav on their PDA and if so what would you recommend?

We currently have a Tom Tom but it is so big and bulky that I am fed up of trying to fit it in my handbag when I leave the car. As I always carry my PDA with me, it makes sense to have it on that (didn't have the PDA when we bought the Tom Tom).

Also is it worth getting one that comes on a memory card (don't use any of my slots at the moment)?

Off-road Navigation:

OnCourse Navigator only seems to be a US and Canada one. I'm in the UK.

Some users need an off-road solution for hiking and fishing needs, and all of the "On-Road" solutions won't provide this kind of flexibility...
