iTask is not well documented and a bit complicated to explain. Can you tell me what you are trying to do?

Tap Start > Settings > iTask
For one of the labeled items (these are really classification types), tap the down arrow next to Menu Item

Select one of the items that you will use for the application you wish to reference.

Tap the down arrow next to Replace With. You will see "Internal," "Programs," and "Settings". Tap the plus sign (+) next to Programs. This will display all the applications that are currently available for your selection. Scroll down to find the applications you with to access through iTask and tap it. Then tap ok.

Now when you select iTask, and then the classification key, you should see the application you just selected.
