Hx4700 Bluetooth / TomTom Problems
Hi there all.

I am have a nightmare of a time getting my HX to talk to my TomTom GPS , under bluetooth manager i can see the GPS device and the comms are good all bars are green on the signal , but when i try and pair them i get a blue question mark over the GPS device , my T610 phone paired no problem.#
Anyone else had a problem or can point me in the right direction.##

Many THanks

RF

Hi
There is a problem with the 4700 and TomTom, however there is a fix available. Read this thread: http://www.pocketgps.co.uk/modules.p...d36b42286e359f . The file you need is here: http://www.pocketpc-club.nl./content.php?id=3441
Its in Dutch but you can make it out what you need. Download the file (its a cab file) copy into your PPC windows folder tap it to run, soft reset and all should work. Its usually COM port 8 for TTN
Hope it works - did for me.

I successfully got the TTN3.0 running with Leadtek 9537 BT GPS on my hx4700. But I cannot upgrade to TTN 3.03. It said "cannot find the map". What should I do to this? The other problem is when I try to disconnect the BT GPS, hx4700 will pop up the BT Manager window countineously then I lose the wireless icon on the bottom right conner. Who can tell me what the right procedure I need to follow to shut the programme?
