when you insert your Extended battery compartment, do you hear a "click" sound just like we do when we insert the standard battery? Mine doesn't, it only clicks with the std one.

p.s. my ext. battery works fine without "clicking in"

Is the click from the battery, or from the extended case that you have to put on over it. I haven't noticed any clicks with either of the batteries.

I've never noticed a click sound.

The click sound you hear comes from the release switch (not to be confused with the lock switch)
