White Screen of Death--Help
I was using my unit when it frooze. I have tried multi resets (Soft and Hard). After the initial screen blue scree (with a ver 1), a white screen pop-up and the unit freezes....

Hp wnats me to return the machine but I cannot afford it.. I really need it

Microsoft has the blue screen of death..

I guess

HP has the white screen of Death....

If you have any external cards plugged in remove them also and try to reset without them in.

Take the battery out for approx 30 minutes and then replace, perform a hard reset and see if that fixes it.

Thanks for the prompt feedback... Unfortunatly nothing seems to work....I was hoping that there maybe another way of resetting the unit.

Thanks anyway.

If that doesn't work then it appears that your only option is to send back to HP - sorry

They normally have a good turn around time though - so you shouldn't be without your unit too long - <5 days.

Good luck.
