Anyone know of a tool or utility that measures the gain of the built-in Wi-Fi adapter? Issue is my colleague and I both have 4700s and when side by side, his ppc picks up a broadcast network easily whereas my ppc does not.
Only difference between our units from a software perspective is I have WiFiFoFum and Pocket WinC (trial) installed at the moment. He doesn't.
We've compared information from what's in Asset Viewer, but nothing stands out. Though where else we can look is above our heads at the moment.
Please help educate us.
