Boxwave order has not shipped
My BoxWave order was placed on 11/29/04. The e-mail said it would ship in 24-48 hours. Today is 11/08/04 and it hasn't shipped. I e-mailed them and am waiting for a response. Has anyone else had this kind of experience with BoxWave?

Disgruntled,

--Chris

My order (about three weeks ago) took several days to ship, but arrived very quickly. The excellent product was more than worth the wait ... get yourself gruntled

Yeah mine even got to Canada within a week - maybe a glitch? Have you tried contacting them? I've found them great at responding

Doesn't sound like Boxwave - I am sure that they will sort this out for you.

Boxware are currently out of stock on the HP iPAQ hx4700 ClearTouch Crystal screen protector as of when I placed my order on the 30/11/2004. Hopefully they should send my order in the next week or so.

Hmm..you'd think they could have sent me an e-mail about it. When a company says somethign will ship in 24-48 hours, I expect it to. I understand that they are out of stock; I just wish they would have told me.

I cancelld my order last night for X50v, I was disappointed that they did not tell me upfront that they were not in stock. I ordered martin fields instead.

I received everything I ordered very promptly and I ordered basically everything they sell for the HX4700, including the versacharger, minisync, AA battery charger, both screen protectors, and stylus...maybe more. My favorite of everything is the versacharger and the minisync combined. Having an AC and DC charger in less than the total space of the AC adapter with cord for the hx4700 that is included is very cool!

I have a similar charger with 4 AA battries, but the battery to my hx4700 instead of increasing continues to decrease after some period of charging. What am I doing wrong? Doxer

first off, double post! you just need to be patient with your internet and only click the post button once.

second, this is a question for you doxer. why did you dig up a thread thats almost a year old? try searching a little bit before you post and if you can't find anything on it, start a new thread.

i'm not trying to be harsh, these are just a few common courtesies that are expressed on many sites that i belong to.
