After installing the drivers for my headphones, the keyboard stopped working (I wasn't trying to use them at the same time). I could occasionally get it to connect, but it always disconnected right away. I tried uninstalling the keyboard drivers and I downloaded newer ones from
www.thinkoutside.com . I reinstalled them, reset my hx4700, but it froze after restarting. I tried a soft reset, and the same thing happened - it froze. I then tried a hard reset (I back everything up quite often). However, after the intended hard reset, it restarted (without freezing) and the setup for the keyboard came up. It did not do a hard reset even though it should have. Now they both work fine, when used seperately.
