Touchpad Problems
Is anyone else having problems consistently using the touchpad on the 4700. The mouse just sits there now and cannot use the directional buttons on the touchpad as well. Tried switching modes in settings, but to no avail.

Any suggestions??

No, tried that several times. And I don't want to hard reset, due to all the software that I have on it.

Use the SActive sync to backup
I have been using the backup that's on activesync before a hard reset and it works very well.

Yeah was just thinking that maybe if you backup now and then do a HR, then restore, the touchpad problem may not carry over...worth a shot?

Good luck
