Can you post a screenshot? - I won't be able to help you - but it may assist someone else

Have you tried the WebIS forums?

I have the same version and my icons look o.k. Mine is pretty much set at default for almost everything.

Its official! Pocket informant is not supported on vga (with ozVGA oR SE_VGA).

here's webis' message...

We don't support ozVGA or SE_VGA. I think that is the issue. Neither are
officially supported by Microsoft. You'll need to use the default VGA that
comes with the device.

I thought PI was already VGA aware? Looks fine to me.

Switch on Real VGA with SE/OZVGA, and just reinstall it. any missing bits will come back and it should look fine.

Yeah, I noticed that too...the installation program seems to detect the PPC's resolution and configures icon sizes based on that. I accidentally installed PI once while I had SE_VGA activated, and when I ran it in "Normal" VGA mode the icons were all messed up.

I have (finally) gotten around to re-install the upgrade and this time did it whilst ozVGA was doing its stuff. The icons all look absolutely great now.
I will let WebIS know how users can get Informant to work in proper VGA mode.
Its a pity you cant switch though (not that I ever do).
Thanks for your help.
Cheers,
RB

Info on PI installation

Sorry, but i have a doubt.
I uses my hx4700 sometimes in VGA, sometimes in std mode.
I must install PI each time i switch with SE_VGA or there is a procedure to have PI working fine both in std than in VGA mode ???

Thanks
ivo
