I have one question I was wondering if I install SE_VGA will I be able to disable this if it makes the text to small? Will it be easy?

It's a program that you can just selet with option you want and all you have to do is a soft reset

Yes, I have it installed and I only use it to browse the web (with the largest text of course) as too many programs, and games especially, are still incompatible with it and the text is too small on the Today Screen. It just takes a soft reset each time to switch between 'se vga' and 'real vga'.

What do you think is better

SE_VGA or OZ_VGA ?

I can use them with netfront 3.1 to surf the web ?

I'm not sure about OZ_VGA but I would suppose they do the same thing!

I went out an bought Netfront 3.1 after rave reviews on ipaqhq. My experience is that if you use oz_VGA or SE_VGA you will have problems - but only if you use the JAVA application with Netfront. The JAVA applet is pants - it doesn't support UDP so you can't stream web cam or other stuff to it! Also - in Full VGA, the JAVA system then makes Netfront start using the left hand side of the screen (full height but just the LHS). The onlyway to resolve this is to do a soft reset! I have put a post on the developers web site but they are rubbish at responding. Once I get a response (if ever) i will post an update.
Alternatively see for your selves all the other problems that people are experiencing.

Ivo - i guess you found their support forum just before i did! LoL!!! Looks like you have had a similarly successful response from their Tech People - i.e. ZERO...

I am considering trying to get my money back....
