Dividing RAM to Storage/Program and removing programs
Greets !

2 questions:

- I bought 1 GB SD card from Transcend (45x) and 1GB CF card (also from Transcend). CF card will serve me as "storage compartment" for MP3, movies, etc. On the other hand, on SD card I tend to install all the applications I intend to use. That means I have to rearrange RAM in some way.At the moment it's by default (32MB storage, 32MB Program). What is the best ratio ? Can I simply put "program" part on maximum and "storage" part on minimum ?

- About removing programs: is it enough to remove programs by removing it it "remove programs" ,after that cleaning registry with Resco and finally manually removing all left folders from that program; or is there something else I should do to keep my 4700 as clean as possible ?

Thank you in advance !

Concerning the removing I think that the way you do it is OK. I am using Pocket Cleaner Plus, which is freeware and quite good. http://www.thaipocketpc.net/product/pocketcleaner.aspx

Hi Matta

- WM will move the split to wherever it wants it - so there is no need to move it yourself. You can try but WM will just move it back.

- What you are doing is fine. I use Memmaid to uninstall files as this cleans the registry at the same time (there is a link in my MyPDA) but that is just a more 'convenient' way to do what you are already doing.
