Problems with Pocket Informant
hi i have a ipaq HX4700 with an integratetd PI version 5,0,4,9.
I have the current problem.Under start/programs/Informant Utils i can't open the PICalendar or the PITask or the PIContacts.Only the Pocket Informant under start/programs i can open. Which icon files or library file must be in the My Document folder?
Can anyone help me?

I was going to say - your best bet is to post this to the WebIS forum - but I see you have already done that

Have you performed a soft reset?

Do you have PI set as the default PIM? In PI click the settings icon (coloured wheel on the bottom bar) and go to Support and make sure there is a tick next to "Make default PIM".

Remember to install it to MAIN memory - you have to do this with the 470x or it will use the files built into ROM.
