Volume adjustment
Other than in a particular program (like PocketMusic or SoundExplorer), how can I adjust the volume?
Specific problem: Using CoPilot, with a Seidio powered mount (with power to it) the 4705 volume is too low. I have the program set to maximize the volume, but still barely audible, though the cradle volume control works to raise and lower it.

I have looked for a thread about assigning volume control to a button, but I can't seem to find it now, though I thought I saw it.

Thanks,
John

The general setting for any WM device is Start>Settings>Sounds & Notifications.

There should also be an icon on the topbar of your today screen with a drop-down slider.

Not sure of another programme that will allow you to control the volume in all other programmes (unless you are referring to WisbarAdvance or similar - but that is just a shortcut to the inbuilt settings).

Imagine that, an Icon to control volume that looks like a speaker!!! What a concept!

Sorry, I confused you about the program -- I meant that I could control volume within these programs, but could not find a way to do it in "settings", where I only found tap and notification options, not general volume.

I've got it now, thanks.
