I had many of the same issues with easysync when i had my 3950. When I upgraded to the 4700 I tried the trial version of mNotes on the installtion CD that came with the 4700. There is also a link to it in my View MyPDA section. To your problem with easysync. This is likely the result of having modified or deleted a recurring calendar event on on your PPC (Outlook and Notes treat recurring items completely differently. You can delete or modify them in Notes, but when you do it in Pocket Outlook on your PPC, easysync chokes and messes up the syncronization of those events). You will likely need to do a hard reset of your 4700, and set up a new partnership in easysync (not activesync). Otherwise you will wind up with duplicates. Once you have the new partnership set up in easysync you can delete the old one. This will work for a while but this won't be the last time if you keep using easysync. I have almost healed all my wounds with Lotus Notes since I started using mNotes. I recommend you try out the trial version.
