Hey all. I seem to be causing a crash each time I select New on the bottom of my hx4705. I'm using pocket informant and pocketbreeze.

Am I going to need to do a hard reset and see which one is actually causing the conflict or does anyone have an easy answer?

I'm using Informant and PocketBreeze and just booted up my 4700 and then selected 'new' with no failure...so maybe another software install?

Try going into setting and removing the "New" options, do a soft reset, then bring it back.
