I did talk to an HP rep at CompUSA this afternoon (after I posted the Help notice). His recommendation was just to buy another one! I thought that was just real special coming from an HP guy! BTW, CompUSA is listed as a repair agency for IPAQ's. The tech I spoke to really didn't want to do anything other than warrantee repairs and only said, "Send it to HP!" He refused to even give any suggestions of even how to get in touch with them (I know how, but that wasn't the point). He wasn't impressed at all when I told him that HP had sent me to them as one of their repair facilities.
I hate to retire it after using it for only a couple of months. BTW, broken screens are NOT covered by service plans!
