big troubles with bluetooth headphones
Hello,
I am searching for help with the installation of hp bluetooth headphones.
I have installed the drivers given in the cd, but then each time I am doing a soft reset, i get the following message on start : "BtavUi error 0x37 opening wav driver".
I've seen that the message does not appear on start when I put the bluetooth off.
The second problem is that bluetooth manager can find the headphone, but can't find any associated service when i tap the icon.

I've tried to uninstall any application ont the pocketpc but the result stays the same.

A the end, i never succeeded in getting any sound from this headphone.
I tried to email hpsupport, but couldn't find the adress on their site.

Can please anyone help me ?
Many thanks in advance,
Nico

Nico,

I didn't have any problems like this with the drivers-- they just installed and worked.

My only suggestion would be to back up your data, perform a hard reset (or remove the battery), and try re-loading the drivers first thing, before installing any other third party software.
