hx 4700 Multiple Profiles - Please help
Can someone clarify something for me? I work with a hospital and clinic that wants to incorporate the 4700 into their environment. Does the hx4700 support multiple profiles? Example: If the 4700 is used on one wireless network and the user travels to another wireless network (different WEP keys/IP addressing scheme). Can it be configured to recognize the alternative network without user intervention? If not, how difficult is it to disable the internal NIC so I could use a Socket card to provide that functionality for my users? Thanks in advance!

I don't know about things on a larger scale but:

1) I have two wireless lans in my house - the PSA chooses the best.
2) Then using BT Open Zone WIFI zones I also just get working (although I have to enter my user details in a web page first.

In summary - if your PDA's are set up to know the WIFI configs and Keys for your base stations then you will be fine.

I think...

Cheers,

RB
