Ok, so what is the difference of using the slow or fast charging setting for the USB Charging on these badies? Is it better for the device to use the slow charge if time is not an issue?

To tell you the truth it looks like the Ipaq will choose its option for you depending on the output of the USB port. For example on my computer I can select: "USB Slow Charge" and then when I plug it in (USB 2.0 port) it automatically changes the option to "Fast Charge" In all reality I am not sure but this seems to be the case.
