Hello,

My PDA was working fine and then just recently it froze. When I soft reset the device, it hung at the HP Splash screen and will not boot. I have tried several hard resets and also removed the battry overnight to no avail. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like you had an electronic hardware failure, maby in ram, cpu..motherboard..not sure..but your backup battery should power your thru a hard reset if nothing else..its not a good sign that it wont restart. my condolences.

Just a shot in the dark, will it start when plugged in to AC power?

Thank you harleyxlc for the suggestion, but unfortunately no. On A/C power it still does the same thing.

Looks like I be needing to make a service plan call. This is what I expected, but I appreciate all your help.
