I use mine - I use PocketMusic and Sony Fontopia earbuds. I am looking at getting some BT headphones in the near future.

And someone will guaranteed walk off with it and you won't even notice until he is thirty feet away Nah, I use it all the time in the gym with no problems. I use the Innopocket aluminum case for protection which clips on my waste band

I set mine on a shelf on the precor I use and watch a movie while I "run". For upper body workouts, I still use my iPod clipped to my waist.

This is a wonderful machine, but for music and books, the iPod is the cats meow. If nothing else, iTunes alone makes the decision a no brainer. The iTunes synch capabilities are unmatched.

I have been using mine in a padded CD player case with Sony MDR - Q55SL headphones without difficulty.
