Possible to use iPaq as a monitor?
Just out of curiosity, is it posible to use an iPaq as a monitor? For example could you connect it to a PS2 and see the game on-screen? Obviously you would need some sought of hardware that would allow an A/V input to be conected to the unit....

No, it's not possible (at least not without extensive hardware modifications)...

You can however view and use your PC using terminal services client while using you iPAQ as a remote terminal. i doubt you would or could play games.

It Is Possible To Do This.. Technically, You Need To Have A Ps2 Emulator Program Installed On The 4700 And Then Simply Connect The Usb Cable Of Your Cradle To The Ps2 Usb Port. The Question Is... Is There A Ps2 Emulator Pgm Out There... Ive Seen Alot Of Emmulators For The 4700 But Not For Ps2 Yet... The Other Way You Can Do This Is Try To See If You Can
Use The Streaming / Brodcast Function In Wm Encoder 9 While Your 4700 Is Usb'd To The Ps2's Usb Port... And Play The Game In Full Screen Thru Wmp Or Betaplayer...
Another Way Might Be Thru Using The Multi-media Sd Card Thats Avail..but I Dont Know If It Does Ntsc I/o ... ( Thats Your Video Out Format For The Ps2 )
The 4700 Is Certianly Capable Of This... Its A Matter Of The Right Connections And Hardware And Software Needed,
!!!! In Fact.. A Wireless Gaming Router / Access Point Would Do The Trick..
Its All Just Didling..and Tweaking With Stuff.. But It Can Be Done...

I stumbled across a CF TV tuner, runs on 4AA batteries for TV, that also allows A/V input (without batteries). Here ya go!
