Reinstall after Hard Reset

Help, After a hard reset, do I reinsatll programs (in which I want to place in Ipaq file Store)with with ADD/Remove Programs in Activesync? And after that how do I store only a couple of programs in main memory without affecting already stored programs? Hope this makes sense to somebody!

Have a look at the Installing, uninstalling and running tutorial in my MyPDA.

I always take the 'opportunity' of a hard reset to start from scratch.
