Saw this for troubleshooting problems with the HX4700 on HP's web site.

Mine passed so I don't know how effective it is as a diagnostice tool, But I will probably get the chance to use it comtime.

I cannot check my hx4700 via Wifi
"HP Instant Support cannot continue.
To run Instant Support PE, please use Microsoft IE brower, version 5.5 or above ......" :-?

Yes, I ran mine while in the AS cradle and using IE on the desktop. Faster dowloads and all.

Great move! Create an online diagnostics page for a PDA that can't be accessed via the PDA on it's own. HP, is your eye still on the ball?
