hx4700 and bluetooth to PC/internet connection
I was wondering if anybody can help me set up a bluetooth to PC to internet connection.

I have the following: XP pro sp2, hx4700, MSI pc2pc bluetooth transceiving module, dipole antenna and BT software.

BT is set up on my desktop with all drivers and software.

What are the steps to follow at this point? Is there a thread somebody could direct me to for further learning?

Thanks in advance

Is is somewhat fast? I tried on mine. it was a little slow. Maybe becuz I had a crappy Targus Class 2 with a low Transfer rate. I returned it. Next time I will get a Belkin. Theya re supposed to be the best at wireless, as so I heard.

My set up seems fast...then again I have nothing to compare it with. BT is not going to be as fast as WiFi (my understanding) but its a hell of alot faster than a 56k dial up.

Next trick is to set up a home WiFi network. I was wondering if there is such a thing as a 'WiFi anttena plug in device' that can plug into either the ethernet or USB plug on my modem?

What is the tranfer rate of your BT dongle? Mine was below 1 MB. Some have more than a MB which way nicer t han dial up. BT is nice becuz it is softer on the battery. I like it a lot, just need to get a good product.
