I would like to see it be able to handle both real vga and qvga apps without a soft reset.

The tweaks2k2.net VGA brute force hack works a treat for me, but yes, this feature integrated into the rom would be good, maybe wm2005?

Stability...

I would like a device that is stable.
I had managed to get mine stable with no major problems and then I went and installed Metro software.
Result - random shut-downs needing a reset to restart.
Even though I have un-installed it the problem is still there.
Obviously needs a hard reset to clear everything out and start again

To be able to disable IEEE 802.1x
This would be the biggest thing for me - to fix the bug that makes it impossible to uncheck "Use IEEE 802.1x network access control" when using WPA-PSK / TKIP WiFi.

Also - remove PI from ROM.

Yes that little check box drives me crazy. So teadeous. I would want to be able to switch to reall VGA Mode and QVGA with out reseting, oh and a better improvement of activesync.

INCREASED GAPI SUPPORT........and a software fix to unlock more video ram. The ati chip has option to use 2 or 3 (i can't remember) MBs from ram to write to. This would make games and graphics WAY better.....and possible for HP to do.....maybe it will happen if we ever see WM2005

I would like:

1. A few more games (just simple ones) built in with high res support
2. A task manage similar to that of XP that will display what XP's does (it's not a huge ask, is it?)
3. Notes and word to be integrated.
4. Ability to move the registry bound 'my documents' folder
5. Option to completely remove Windows Media Player from the system
6. Ability to specify a path for programs to be installed (not just 'memory', 'sd card' or 'cf card') when installed from windows.

that is all
