That is strange, I have the SMT5600 and it already has WM10, I thought the C500 was the same?

Just noticed that you could update. Media player 9 on my one currently

But I still want a ROM udate for the HX4700 HP!!!

(That was my general point)

Yeah, I don't think the C500 and SMT5600 (I have the latter as well) are exactly identical. Hardware maybe, but perhaps slightly different software, if they were released at different times. I know my SMT5600 has WMP10 as well though.
