I'm picking up a barely used 4700 in about 1/2 hour . Could someone point me towards a couple of tutorials; need to know how to use the touchpad etc.. Also any tips you can give me on switching devices would be greatly appreciated.

Nice unit.

The only thing I would recommend (as you are a current user) is to check if there are any VGA updates available of the programmes you already use.

Also have a look at the VGA ready apps thread in this forum.

Enjoy your new 'toy'

With regard to changing over.

If yoiu already have AS3.8 installed - connect the cradle, out your iPaq in its slot, create a partnership and then copy your old MyDocs files into your new MyDocs directory and they will all be available.

BTW - you won't need you Wifi CF card anymore

I have a feeling the CF Wi-Fi card may be showing up in the Buy/Sell forum very soon along with the other accessories to my old beloved "brick". Got a great deal on the new unit, found it listed locally on craigslist; owned by a chick who had received it as a gift, taken it out of the box twice and couldn't figure out how to use it - never installed a program added an appointment, a contact, or anything. I got it for $350 US.
