wow...the 4700 must be better off than we thought...
The Dell x50v is in its 3rd ROM now...(second ROM update)

Actually this is the 4th ROM as Dell's initial models come with A00 version ROMs.

Maybe it's not so much that the 4700 is good, but maybe Dell has better Customer Service

I tend to agree that maybe HP is more stable and ROM are not as critical. I guess the biggest problem I have is the fact that I did buy the Ferrari of POcket PC and HP is not showing any respect in answering on update availability and WM2005 support.

At least, Dell is proactively fixing their problem (it is only my perception)

I did not try this out yet but I can't wait, I want see if they fixed the BT out of memory error.

From what the other guys were saying...it fixed the BT/WF problem, and seemed to make the freq adjustment quicker when on Auto.
