Golf Games On The hx4700
As we all know, the hx4700 isn't known for being gaming friendly -- with the touchpad and all. While I'm not a gamer per se, I've enjoyed playing Tiger Woods Golf on my N-Gage and would like to pick-up something like Links for my hx4700 -- if it's playable.

Has anyone actually played -- and enjoyed playing -- links or another golf game app on their hx4700/4705?

I have had Links on my home computer for years and thoroughly enjoyed it. I installed links to my 4705 and it is identical to the p.c. version. You only get one course and a couple of animations, but the graphics are excellent. For a golf game this is the best I've run across. Hope this helps.

I have Zio Golf 2 with six courses, all work great.

Clearly, first and formost I want to know about playability. So far the responses seem to be that the hx4700 is golf friendly. But, recommendations about applications are welcome as well.

I play Jamdat Links on my 4700(link in MyPDA), with the expansion pack giving me extra courses and players. I am very strict on not playing any games that require d-pad, so if it's stylus friendly sign me up. Links is extremely stylus friendly, very responsive and quite accurate. In fact I also have Tiger loaded and find Links better. I'm pretty sure there is a demo avail.

Hope this helps.
