Big differences in speed
My touch screen stopped working and would not respond so I took it back to Dixons and got a replacement. The origional I had the full use of for about 5 days and it performed really well - especially with video.

This new one I've been given is - I would say - running at 75% of the speed the first one did. I also keep getting Low Memory warnings when I try and run a video. I have ahd to copy anything I had in the main memory into the 1 gig card.

My memory readings are (from settings screen):-
Total Main - 62.28
Storage 23/4/19
Program - 39/13/25

Even they don't seem right to me.

Whats going on?

Well I think the memory numbers are OK. Theres only 64MB RAM and total of 62.28 is exact same as I have on mine. Also 39+23 adds up to your 62.

Can't comment on the different speed though.

Maybe you can get hold of some sort of benchmarking app and compare to published values.

Have you changed anything from your previous set-up?

What video application are you using?
