Pocket informant question
I wonder if you can help.

I am trying to make the most of my 4700 utilizing PI for all my diary needs but I had occaision to look back to see what I did on a certain day a few months ago & there is no data?

The info is still in Outlook on my PC when I look there, but not on the PDA in PI. Birthdays are still there. In fact it only goes back ablout a month. How can I change this so it keeps all the info in the diary ?

Thank you in anticipation of your reply.

David.

If you go to Options in activesync, you can set up a few settings for Calendar, you will find an option for syncing all items, the default setting is only future items, which is probably the reason that you don't see everything that should be present when compared to Outlook.

That's great. Thank you

Worked a treat, easy when you know how. I didn't think to look at Active sync, just kept trying to find anoption in PI. Doh!
